We are around 4.5 Miles from the A1M.

Depart A1M at exit 61 (Bowburn Services) and take exit signposted Spennymoor, Bishop Auckland A688.
Follow A688 for around 1.5 miles until you come to a roundabout. Take the Second Exit onto A688 and follow for another 1.5 miles until you arrive at another roundabout. You will have the Thinford Inn on your right and McDonalds on your left.
Head straight over the roundabout (not forgetting to steer round it!) remaining on the A688 for approximately 0.3 miles. You will pass Black and Decker on your right.
Turn right at the mini round about and proceed straight over the next one, which is almost adjacent.
Carry on along Butchers Race and take your first available right onto Meadowfield Avenue.
Follow Meadowfield Avenue until you come to a right hand bend in the road and take a right and sharp left into Enterprise City. We are in Unit 33. Best of Luck!

From Darlington.
We are Around 19 miles from the centre of Darlington.

Follow the A167 past Newton Aycliffe, Through Chilton and Ferryhill until you come to the Roundabout intersecting the A688. You will have McDonalds on your right and will see Black and Decker straight in front of you.
Take your first exit (turn left) remaining on the A688 for approximately 0.3 miles. You will pass Black and Decker on your right.
Turn right at the mini round about and proceed straight over the next one, which is almost adjacent.
Carry on along Butchers Race and take your first available right onto Meadowfield Avenue.

Presuming you know how to get to Nevilles Cross, follow the A167 from Nevilles Cross through Croxdale until you come to the roundabout intersecting the A688. You will have the Thinford Inn on your left and McDonalds straight in front of you.

We are Around 6 miles from the centre of Bishop Auckland.

Follow the A688 past Coundon, the turnoff for Westerton and past Middlestone Moor. You will arrive at a roundabout. Take your third exit (straight over) and continue along A688 until another you arrive at another roundabout.
Take your third exit (straight over) and continue on A688 (you will have Thorn Lighting on your right) until you come to a mini roundabout.
Turn left at the mini round about and proceed straight over the next one, which is almost adjacent.
